Prestigious city centre firm requires a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager. You will provide finance support to the department. Duties include;• Issuing account cheques• Processing and issuing third party cheques • Updating ledgers in preparation for reconciliation• Processing petty cash requests• Weekly reconciliation of petty cash float• Processing disbursement invoices• Processing payments of company expenses• Updating company databases• Pulling off reports from the system• General administration• Assisting the Accounts Manager and other team members as requiredYou will need a minimum of GCSE A-C Maths and English, with good IT skills and financial administration experience. A financial qualification would be advantageous.
