2nd Line Support/Desktop support/Technical Support - Woking/Guildford area - Do you want someone to invest in your career? Due to internal promotions we are looking to hire a team of 2nd Line Support Analyst's. As 2nd Line Support you'll be taking escalations from the 1st line team, so successful 2nd Line Support Analyst should have at least 3-4 years experience within a service desk/helpdesk/technical support environment preferably within a service provider environment and have knowledge of most of the following skills: MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, NetScaler, Servers and remote control software. 2nd Line Support Engineer will have strong troubleshooting skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills and be self motivated. 2nd Line Support/Senior Helpdesk should also have change control knowledge and some experience of working within an ITIL environment. This role has a shift pattern attached.
